By using the DVCoding website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.

DVCoding provides: • Web platforms and websites. • Landing pages, online stores, e-commerce. • CRM, admin systems, internal tools. • AI integrations and automations. • Custom software development. • SEO optimization. • Technical support and maintenance. Each project is governed by a separate contract with detailed scope, timeline, and cost.

Site content (text, design, code, logo, brand) is owned by DVCoding and protected by copyright. Code we build for clients is governed by individual contracts — typically full ownership transfers to the client upon final payment.

As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete information. • Keep requests within agreed scope. • Provide timely feedback and approvals. • Pay invoices within agreed terms. • Not use our services for illegal or harmful activity.

Payment schedule is set per project contract. Typically: • 30–50% upfront, before kickoff. • Remainder on milestones or before launch. • Maintenance contracts billed monthly or quarterly. Late payments may pause work until settled.

DVCoding provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for: • Issues caused by inaccurate client-provided information. • Third-party service downtime (hosting, payment gateways, APIs). • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to fees received for the specific project.

Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. On termination: • Work completed must be paid for. • Paid deliverables transfer to the client. • Confidentiality obligations remain in force.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if needed, in the competent courts of Armenia.
